Private community beach is right next door with Picnic tables and swimming platform. The house Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, screened in porch, and also has a wood fired cedar hot tub! Come enjoy the very quiet 100 acre pond and experience an awesome getaway.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen is closed mid November to early April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.
