The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. The Sheets and towels are not included, bring your own. It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.
