Vacation rentals with lake access in Strängnäs Municipality

Our second stay here, and we were so happy to return. Perfect location, we swam in the lake, walked in the forest and slept well. A wonderful place to stay.

Lovely old house with modern renovated rooms, we had a great time and the center is close by for food etc.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Andersson family's house! It was our first vacation in Sweden and also our first experience with Airbnb. Communication with Åke and his children was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt incredibly comfortable in your home and you made us feel welcome. The house is exactly how you imagine a Swedish home! Very cozy and hyggelig :) Our kids loved it too and we were all sad when we had to go home again. This vacation was certainly the most beautiful, relaxing and harmonious we have ever had! We would really love to come back! Hallo, the house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. There is more than enough space for 3 people. The terrace is huge, the house is in good condition and you feel right at home. The area is very quiet, yet you can reach Stallarholmen in a few minutes and have shopping opportunities there. The host is easily accessible, responds quickly to messages. The lake is around the corner and offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, the engine from the boat was broken and usually didn't jump on. The boat itself is well suited for excursions and fishing. The bottom line is that we can recommend the place and had a great vacation. Regards, MW

We had an amazing two-night stay and Dennis and his wife were great hosts - they showed us around the house and were very helpful in picking us up by boat to the island. The house looked even better in real life than the pictures. Lots of nature, easy beach access and the hot tub was the highlight. Can't wait to return.

My family and I had a very nice stay here. The house was very well set-up for a family with a couple of kids. There were a lot of things there for the kids to play with (trampoline, ball games, etc.) in the garden. Overall, the house had everything we needed to settle in, prepare meals, and relax during our stay. The location of the house was perfect for us as it was in a very quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes walk of the lake and a very nice nature reserve. Overall, we found the house to be very comfortable and perfect for a family with 2 kids to really rest, relax, and enjoy a bit of Sweden.

We went there with my whole family ( 6 people and a baby). To be honest, it was a very nice place and extremely calm. You are in the middle of the nature. We had a small issue in the beginning with the bed sheets ( my fault) but Jacob solve it very fast. On average, a positive experience.

The accommodation was perfect for our family and everything was in place. Erik and Ebba were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home located right by the lake with a great view.

A perfect place to stay for a one-night stay. Loft beds aren't suitable for everyone because of their height.

Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

Nice and helpful response! Since we arrived when it was dark, it was a bit tricky to find because it felt like you were driving wrong when you drove into the long driveway but daytime everything was clear! Great place to stay! We were four adults who didn't know each other very well and there was plenty of space. Comfortable sturdy double beds in two of the rooms. The extra bed behind the drapery/alcove in the living room worked 👍

This is my go-to when I'm in Stockholm area. Location is great as it's right beside the commuter train and everything you need. Place is as described, clean, and peaceful to sleep in. Also biggest TV you've ever seen!

Amazing spot right on the water's edge. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace in the fall was just what we needed :) Cozy house and helpful host. Come out with kindling pillows when we noticed they were out, for example. Would love to come back.

We had a great time in Mysebo. Elena is really nice and she is always here if you need. The place is really nice and peaceful, you are close to the lake and there is many place to walk. The house is great for some days to relax, the sauna is perfect. Thank you Elena

We spent a relaxing week in Pia's house and enjoyed the tranquility and the great, large and well-kept garden. There were several seating areas, some overlooking the lake. We especially liked the lake access with private jetty and sauna. There was even the possibility of using a rowboat. Pia was always available to us. The place was easy to find and check-in was flexible and straightforward. The house was equipped with everything necessary, very clean and cozy. The proximity to Stockholm was also great. There were regular train connections from Gnesta. It was 40 minutes away. We can definitely recommend the place!

The place was exactly as described – super nice! The location is ideal, especially if you are looking for a quiet and stress-free vacation. Even trips by car were relaxed, as there was hardly any traffic. Directly behind the property is a huge forest that invites you to explore. Pure nature! The property is very large and offers many possibilities: You can barbecue outside, sunbathe or play. There are also numerous apple and plum trees that you can snack on around the clock. A really nice place to stay that definitely belongs to our top 5. We'd love to come back!

Mattias is an absolutely wonderful host who cares deeply about the convenience of his guests. His hospitality and service are top-notch and can only recommend staying over in their Airbnb if you want a cozy and comfortable accommodation that is bang for the buck! A beautiful view is added :) We even got a free upgrade and were so warmly welcomed. 10/10. If we have the roads past again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book Mattia's Airbnb again.

The two nights in the small cottage were just perfect. The cabin was clean, well equipped + very cozy and homey! The surroundings were extremely quiet and the nature was just beautiful. If we had any questions, we could contact Maria. All in all highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.
