Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

Flat is as pictured, easy to find, and our family of four slept very well indeed. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen. The showers were brilliant.

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

We loved our stay in Cheltenham. The apartment was extremely clean and had great amenities - it was perfect for our 2 night stay. Jonathan and Sally were extremely responsive and helpful with any of our queries. Just something to be aware of - we did stay on a Saturday night and being situated next to the Social club, had to battle through some live music until midnight. All in all, really recommend staying here if you’re driving through Cheltenham.

Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

We had a lovely stay at Natalia’s place. The property was exactly what we needed as a base for a few days away in Great Malvern. The property is well located, just a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. It was clean, modern, and well equipped. It has everything you need and has lots of nice little touches. Natalia was an excellent host and we’d definitely come back again.

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We absolutely loved our visit to Chipping Campden and staying at Pearl’s! The view from our deck was so beautiful and access to the Cotswold Way trails was so convenient. We hiked two full days while we were there - Pearl was so helpful sharing her trail maps with us! The restaurants and pubs were lovely, as was sitting on our deck sipping our morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s lovely!

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

Great place, great stay. There was one minor issue which was simply a component maintenance issue that could happen anywhere and was swiftly dealt with and you cannot ask for more. Lizzie was really committed and helpful. Brilliant- 5out5
