A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal starting point for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. You can find more information about attractions and restaurants in the brochures in the apartment.

Romantic apartment on old farm

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Beautiful hiking trails through the adjacent forest lead directly past the house, Falkenstein Castle is 7 km away. The cities of Cham, Straubing and Regensburg are about 30 minutes away. Wi-Fi is of course also available free of charge!

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
