We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. The house has 8 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 2x kitchen, large dining area, very large living room (seats for 20/25 people) DVD, 3x toilet, 3x bathroom with shower and 1x bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, wood-burning stove, 22 km from the A9 (AS Hengersberg)

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal starting point for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
