From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal starting point for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
