Remodeled with modern finishes and features. 5 min walk to the river, 5 min drive to Pinecrest Lake & 15 min drive to Dodge Ridge Ski. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms. Underbed storage in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi and streaming on the television; central AC (cooler), standby generator and Level 2 EV charger (See other details to note). Car parking area: 3 in Summer & 2 in Winter. CHAINS REQUIRED IN WINTER.
