The setting is quiet, picturesque and tranquil** Modern open plan kitchen/dining and open lounge with log fire. Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. Hot tub and outdoor seating area with BBQ. *NB. Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Located on the Nottinghamshire-Lincolnshire-South Yorkshire border, the historic city of Lincoln is just 35 minutes away.

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Shepherd Hut in Tranquil Setting

Our Shepherds hut was built as a labour of love and is set in a leafy secluded spot in our 2 acre garden. Surrounding you is blissful green complete with pond and your own personal fire pit, with our sleepy campsite nearby. The space has a delightful kitchen/living area and super comfy double bed. There is electric light and heating, and the space is stocked with kitchen essentials, bedding and household items. The new toilet and shower block is just a a short walk away.

The Annexe at Church Corner Cottage

A beautifully converted 18th century cart shack. Set in the private garden of Church Corner Cottage with private parking. The conversion has a king size bed, a double sofa bed and has been refurbished to a high standard. The building has been fully modernised and guests will be assured a first-class service. Set in the beautiful village of Normanton on Trent. The cottage is opposite to the annexe was also featured on BBC's Escape to the Country.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
