Elmar and his wife Ute are really excellent hosts!! We were in Hohenstaufen for the AlbExtrem cycling marathon and could not have imagined a better accommodation. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. Great communication with Elmar in advance. A very nice and quiet place in a great location, with garden and seating right outside the door. Elmar even had a parking space for our bikes. Elmar and Ute are very likeable and accommodating. We felt super cared for at all times. We would love to come back!!

Super nice and proactive hostess, absolutely nothing to complain about.

We stayed with Uwe because we exhibited in Karlsruhe on the animal estate. We were received very nicely. The proximity to the DM Arena is unbeatable, we could walk from the apartment to the trade fair. The place was super clean and already equipped with all the essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, and even milk, which was perfect for us. We will be happy to come back. The place was as beautiful as described. It is a very interesting place to stay with a wide variety of booking options. The house is a former farmhouse in a village of 250 inhabitants. Sarah is very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back anytime.

Amazing stay! Beautiful near the Black Forest. Good shower, decent breakfast - could have more options. Although would recommend more parking spaces near the hotel as there were very limited spaces. Other than that, very calm and peaceful stay!

I love the canal boat and the unique cabin I stayed in. I walked to the festival along the river and over to the Mercedes museum easily. The dining room was a peaceful place to watch the boats go by and relax drinking a beverage at the hosts honor system cash refrigerator. It was well stocked with lots of drinking choices from soda to sparkling water. As with all boats movement on the boat can be noisy but I was expecting that going in. I would stay on the boat again.
