Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. With free parking (also for campers), Wi-Fi, private bathroom and toilet for each room, balcony, terrace, hunting room, guest room, satellite TV, fridge, cold drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. We rent a simple and functional guest room in a Styrian farmhouse. Here at the farm of the Obenaus community there are sheep, cats and the loving dog Minnie. The place invites you to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. On the almost 2 hectares of space, you will find many quiet places where you can relax.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. We offer you 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. The price includes an extended breakfast, also vegetarian or vegan if you like. We are experienced hosts and welcome since 1976 guests from all over the world in our house. We still like our job very much. :-)
