Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Guests can relax in the garden or at the bathing pond at the property. In addition, a very good breakfast is offered. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. Various restaurants and many attractive offers such as climbing, mini golf, water skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. are nearby. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

The place invites you to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. On the almost 2 hectares of land there are many quiet places where you can relax.
