The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

The cottage offers a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The pantry and the washing machine are located in the basement.
