Completed in 2020, the Schilcher residence offers modern comfort for up to 8 guests and an incomparable distant view on approx. 150 square meters of living space. 2 terraces and 1 balcony are additionally available, in the basement with direct access to the garden. Amenities such as a tiled stove with panoramic windows, a barbecue on the terrace or spacious outdoor lounge furniture allow our guests a pleasant stay.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
