Fully refurbished apartment in walking distance from City center. The apartment is located across the street from the farmers market, where you can get fresh local ingredient’s (fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat). The city center is 5 minutes away by foot. If you enjoy nature, Dudova suma park is also located 6 minutes away. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The apartment has free WI-Fi, as well as cable TV.

Located in the city center, building was just built December 2018. Everything is brand new in the apartment. It features free WiFi, towels, linens and toiletries. Only few steps away from all the main attractions- the Synagogue, City museum, City Hall, main walking area. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, common space area with flat-screen TV and a couch, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Szeged is 47km away,while Morahalom is 30km away.

Right in the heart of Subotica, the Synagogue, the City Museum and City Hall as well as many restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops are pretty much on your doorstep. One of the most famous pastry shops - „Vremeplov“, with the best cakes in town, is around the corner, just outside the building. Not only is the apartment modern and stylish, beds are very comfortable, impeccably clean, and a great location, but Ivana also made our stay outstanding. Always available to answer any questions, very kind and helpful. I really can't say enough positive things about our experince with Ivana and her appartment. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Subotica and would certainly stay here again!”
The apartment is very light, 200m from town center, 200m from railway station, 400m from bus station.In front of the building is a bus stop for a tourist place lake Palic, Ergela Kelebija. Near the building are lots of resturants, bars, theater and many markets.
