A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, biking, mushrooming, fishing, or swimming in natural or aquaparks. You will sit in warm weather in a garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in cold weather by the fireplace, use an infrared sauna for 2 people. There is also a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood are available for a fee of 5€ /day.

Main pedestrian street Národná with lot of budget meals is 3 minutes on foot, it leads to Mirage Shoping Center with McDonald's, shops and cinema. Transport hub makes it easy to visit attractions. The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

I offer a new, cozy apartment in the city of Priekopa. Nearby there are groceries, a restaurant, a wine cellar, a railway station. Nearby is the Fire Museum and the SIM complex. In summer, you can visit the swimming pool in Vrútky or Lipovecké jazerá a few km away. UVEA Mediklinik Eye Clinic is just 10 minutes walk away. Companies such as VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia can be reached in approximately 8 minutes by car. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

We offer accommodation in the village of Višňová. It is a house divided into 5 residential units. The studio for 2 people has a bedroom, a bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. The studio has separate entrance, wifi, TV. There is also a courtyard and private, secure parking. The studio has a toilet, bath and shower. There is also a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, and stove. There is a double bed in the room.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Ide o 1 izbový byt so samostatnou kuchyňou. Bytík disponuje rozkladacou sedačkou s vlastným matracom o veľkosti 140x200 cm. Po dohode je k dispozícii aj detská postieľka.
