Michaela was really kind host. She was not there, but she wrote accurate instructions. Lovely house, large and beautiful garden. We had a nice time there.

Beautiful modern cottage. All rooms were clean and lovingly furnished. We lacked nothing. Also, the hosts accommodated us at the check-out time. Regarding location, a star deduction, as on the day of arrival directly on the neighboring property, a construction site was in full. However, this is not possible for the hosts. A dishwasher would also be cool :)

Micheal was gracious, thorough and accommodating during the checking in process. Instructions were clear. The apartment was conveniently located to the Loipersdorf Thermal Spa and main route from Vienna. We had originally hoped to book a place at the hotels next to the Spa but within minutes of our arrival at Michael's place, we realized we had the better deal. We rented three of the many bedrooms at this gorgeous Hacienda-style mansion. Place was clean and very spacious and had everything for an enjoyable stay. The three bedrooms came in very handy with our family of many ages and needs. My son enjoyed the game room with pool table and electronic dart board. A certain charm from a farmstead of previous generations shone through the modern furnishings. Everything was updated, but respecting the original architecture. Would be a charming location for a feature movie set. Our trip highlight was a memorable evening reading together in the living-room kitchen area

We stayed at this great place for the 2nd time and it was definitely not the last time. Anna is a super hostess and you immediately feel very comfortable. The place is an oasis of peace and you can relax. Anna was always available and check-in is straightforward and independent. Dear Anna, thank you for everything and see you next time. The house is situated in AN ABSOLUTELY QUIET SINGLE LOCATION right by the Riegersburg, which is very interesting to visit. Also around the corner are numerous culinary highlights - Zotter, Gölles, Berghofermühle, Fandler, Vulcano ham factory to name but a few, as well as excellent restaurants, bush taverns and renowned winemakers. However, a car is necessary for this. The house is huge and looks like in the photos - entrance, kitchen with dining area, living room, a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, a small living room and a bathroom on the first floor. Both bathrooms are accessible and there is a stairlift. The house was well heated, fine with still some cool morning temperatures and there was hot water without end. And then there is Marlene, who takes the qualities quickly, friendly and helpful to a new level. Just amazing! We will be happy to come back and fully recommend the accommodation.

The place was very nice and perfect for a stay with dogs. Under the house is a dirt road that is perfect for walking. The Zotter factory is within easy reach. Would definitely come back. The hosts were also very attentive and provided us with two extra food bowls for our two dogs :)

Michael and Sandra are the perfect host couple, we felt comfortable from the 1st minute, the welcome was warm and very informative. We learned everything we wanted to know, recommendations for bush taverns, restaurants, pubs, bike paths, excursion destinations where to buy typical Styrian specialties, just great. The very best, however, is the villa itself. They "found" this dream house with so much heart and love, you almost feel like the emperor couple Sissi and Franz :) The apartment has the charm of the architecture of the time with details of today, quite great is the bed with an excellent mattress and the towels are fluffy. Everything you need is and the terrace invites you to dream. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this piece of jewelry. If you don't have anything for the 1st breakfast, there is everything on site, from bread to butter, jam, tea, juice, water, wine, beer ... like a small farm shop :)

Thanks for the beautiful apartment that we enjoyed very much. The fact that the car is right outside the front door in the carport and everything can be unloaded in the dry is just great. Highly recommend. We'll be back

We were made to feel very welcome. Super Long on the edge of the forest with beautiful views. No wishes were fulfilled. Everything was to our satisfaction

Very nice apartment. Great for groups up to seven people. One quadruple and one triple. We were especially 🧸enthusiastic about the duvets and all slept very well. Very quiet surroundings. Only 15 minutes by foot from the Kunsthaus.

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
