Within walking distance is a cozy harbor with a nice Eetcafé de Fluessen and it is also possible to rent sloops, sailboats, etc. In 7 min you will be in Balk of Woudsend and in 20 minutes already in Sneek!

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful location with the garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!

De Hoeve has a nice garden and a kitchen that offers you the opportunity to cook deliciously for your company. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, and you can eat together at the dining table in the living room. A space for six to eight people is available to spend a comfortable holiday in the Hoeve. Lemmer is 5 km from the property and has nice terraces and lots of coziness. There is an Alfen Charging Station in the parking lot
