The apartment is 85 square meters and 50 square meters of terrace, furnished with table, sofas and umbrella. Renovated, it consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Kitchen and living room in one room. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
