Tuscan-style Vineyard house with sea view- patio

It is the lower floor of the vineyard house 5 minutes from Ayazma, Habbele Bay and the center. Max can accommodate 3-4 people. It is a comfortable and new building. The sofa set and patio with sea views of the ground floor are open for use. There is no one else staying in the vineyard house but you. It is in a very spacious location with a 360-degree panoramic view. Surrounded by vineyard, sea and forest. There is a sunset view. Internet, air conditioning and all household items are available. Note: the apartment is on the basement floor but light like a normal apartment with five light balconies, it is obvious in the photos.

Apartment with 3 rooms and 1 living room in a 2000 square meter garden is a natural wonder summer house. 150m 2 minutes walk to the private and free beach of the site. A holiday home perfect for those looking for a holiday away from the noise of the city, with the sounds of birds, floral scents. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are two houses on the 2 floors and the host lives on the upper floor. Since the house is far from the city center, I recommend you to come by car. Phone and internet are not working well, not very suitable for remote workers.

Our house is in Alaybey Mahallesi Namazgah Square. Walking distance to food and drink, shopping and all the other places in the center. You can swim from the harbor again within walking distance. The house is located on a very and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa which can be a double bed, a total of six people can accommodate a total of six people. Has a large garden of the dwelling only. The house has undergone an extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture, and white goods are new.

Hello this is Gürkan. I'm an academician in Çanakkale University. I was using Airbnb while I was travelling in Europe and Asia, now this is the for me to host people. The flat is in middle of the city center. 1 minute by walking to sea side, bar street and all the shops in city center.You can get what you need in minutes here. There is Jakuzi, terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
