Monthly Rentals in Summerland Point

We had an amazing stay at Summerland Point! The property was perfect for our family getaway in January. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully located close to the lake, offering plenty of opportunities for swimming and walks. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living areas. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck. The pool table was great fun. The area is peaceful and family-friendly, with local shops just a short drive away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Central Coast!

My partner and I had a lovely time in Chris’s cozy place. The apartment has a stove to cook on and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, as many outdoors activities are easily accessible by a short car stroll. The host was onsite, in the main home, and very caring. Indeed a good value, and the perfect weekend escape.
