Remodeled & beautiful! 50" Smart TV, wood floors, gas fireplace, small galley kitchen, king bed (sleeps 2) & queen size sofa sleeper with gel memory foam mattress (sleeps 1). Hot tub open year round. Pool during summer months. Restaurants within walking distance. You will need to climb one flight of stairs. I want my studio to feel like your home away from home!

There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

The Rail Trail is footsteps away from the condo door. This cozy condo is in the heart of Park City, at Prospector Square. We are located across the street from the Sheraton, which is also Sundance Film Festival's headquarters! For the summer, we are one of the VERY FEW places in Park CIty that has A/C. No pool
