Monthly Rentals in Summit Lake

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Omg! Great place to stay. It was the best getaway from all the hustle and bustle of my daily life. The home was so well taken care of and loved the decor to match the lake house feel. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views really made my stay so much better. It was such a beautiful area. Definitely will be back for another stay. Thank you Bill.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

This was our third time staying at the Little Green House, and it somehow just gets better every time. It’s such a wonderful place to be—calm, cozy, and thoughtfully put together in every way. Everything you need is there, and it all just works. Our toddler even asked for it by name this time, which says a lot. She had the best time, and so did we. There’s plenty to do, both inside and out, and every part of the house feels considered and cared for. It’s beautiful and just a really special space. The hosts are kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They always make us feel welcome and are so accommodating whenever we need anything. We’re so glad we found this place and hope we can keep coming back for a long time.
