Presque Isle State Park known as Pennsylvania's "seashore" is 18 miles away and offers swimming, hiking, cycling and other recreational water activities . Close to restaurants , grocery and shopping .

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

The Summit Art House

This unique and artistic space can sleep up to 7 and is a very short drive to many of Erie's tourist attractions. We are a 5 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and adjacent shopping areas and about 20 minutes from downtown Erie and Presque Isle. We are also close to the casino, being only a 5 minute drive. Our space is great for a larger family or groups coming to town to have a weekend shopping trip, bachelorette party, or small family reunion.

Close to LECOM and Millcreek Mall Shopping Center. NO LOCAL RESIDENTS PLEASE! Just a friendly reminder that pets are not permitted on the property. If pets are brought, a significant fine will be applied. We host guests with severe allergies.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
