Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

Manjinder’s house was extremely spacious and suited our needs well. This is the second house we’ve used that Manjinder has owned. We appreciated his willingness to come change the heat for our ladies prayer retreat after 10pm. Manjinder you rock 💯🥳🥰

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

Great location, away from the noise and allowing restful sleep. Love the different bed options to accommodate different needs. Having a shower pan with built-in anti-slip, a removable shower head, along with multiple grab bars, is important and greatly appreciated!

Close to highway and downtown. Quiet and good for rest.

It was a surprise to see the folks living downstairs out and about when we first arrived, but Jason was very wonderful with helping us get the kayaks, boat and hot tub ready for use. The view was absolutely lovely and the accommodations were great. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was just as appeared in photos and very nice. We even had a fireplace. Amazing views of the water. The rooftop is beautiful and a great place for evening coffee & enjoy the sunset. Kevin, our host is on site and was friendly, helpful & provided great local info/dining tips. ( La Vita Bella was a 10!!) Parking is an issue as with anywhere around the Market Place. Be prepared to pay & walk. The apartment is an easy walk to all things Pike Public Market. I highly recommend taking one of the underground tours. Really cool and a lot of history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay. Andy provided everything that was needed - information and amenities. It was so cute! It was comfortable and pristine!! Staying here was a great experience!

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

We really enjoyed Rebecca’s place. The view is incredible and the home is very clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but the beds were very comfortable and linens were very clean. We had everything we needed for the one meal we did cook at the house. We would stay here again!

This place was fantastic! Danica and Phillip have truly gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feel comfortable and I absolutely adored all of the little touches like the robes, slippers, breakfast, wine and fireplace.

Bed and sheets were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Grateful to have a private spot to park the car, though mostly utilized public transport options like Water Taxi and bus system. If the temperature is in the 40s or 50s and you prefer cool temperatures, close all of the vents. It gets hot in the space between 7am and 830am. There's some great restaurants in the area to take advantage of too. highly recommend La Rustica and Cactus.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Daughter and I stayed here and completely fell in love with the house. Very nice layout and roomy, if you are staying at this house more than 1 night plan to cook . Kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to host a BBQ or family casserole night. This was our first AIR B&B stay anywhere and let me tell you it's worth the money. Privacy we were able to take our doggo. Truly enjoyed it, Side note and it is probably me but this home has all of its bedrooms upstairs and someone who has had knee replacement and needing hip and back surgery it took a moment to get up and down the stairs. But it was worth it.

This home was excellent. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was beautiful. Easy to find. Private and serene and close to everything we needed. Zero complaints only kudos. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

Our second time at La Villa, and the downstairs is (possibly) even more delightful than the upstairs! All the art and artistic details are amazing and fun. You know this house has been loved! Walked across the street to the private-feeling beach for every sunset.

Breathtaking property! The home transports you to the feeling of Spain or Italy! We stayed in this home while our home was renovated. The views are breathtaking, decor and vibe cozy, great amenities, and great host.
