New house built in 2020 in quiet and rural surroundings outside Luleå city. Large terrace with scenic views. High speed WiFi. Parking on private property. On Brändön a small village North of Luleå you find this accommodation. Here you live close to nature, beaches and trails perfekt for running or walking. At the boat harbor the walkingtrail called Kuststigen begins. It's a forest path that runs along our beautiful coastal strip. There is a shorter and a longer walk. If you want, you can take a walk from the village center up to the top of Flakaberget and enjoy the view. Luleå city center is 23km away and to Storheden's shopping area is 27km.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
