Beach condo vacation rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this condo was! Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a one month stay. Everything in the place was very nice from the decor to the dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee/keurig, and bath towels! Michelle is the best host I have ever dealt with, very responsive & helpful. And the view was out of this world, loved watch the dolphins and the sunset! If we ever come to PCB again, we will definitely book this unit. Michelle, thank you for everything!

The place was beautiful! No complaints very peaceful.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

This condo was wonderful! The view was stunning. It felt like we were right at home. The location was good. Everything within a 15 minute drive each way. Walmart was around the corner. The pool was really nice but we didn’t use it because it was windy and a bit chilly when we were there. We can’t wait to come back !

Loved our time here! Little noisy but as to be expected because of the location and spring breakers! Overall, great price for a great place!

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again. The condo was exactly as it was described, the communication was great as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, having the chairs and umbrella service was amazing as it saved us from bringing these extra items down in our car. You could walk to Capt Dave's, Kenny D's and several other locations to eat. Great area to walk as well, I think we did a little over 3 miles each day. Our dog loved the area as well!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The view was especially amazing from the balcony. Jeremy was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had an amazing time!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. My only complaint is not having a full length mirror in the place.😉 Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Great views. Quiet and peaceful. 🌺

This condo looked exactly as described, but so much more spacious than you can see in photos. Usually when you have a larger condo like this with as many bedrooms & bathrooms, the walkway areas are tight, and this condo is soooo spacious! Was the perfect amount of space for us for our long weekend, and we lucked into fabulous weather. Tons of stocked amenities available, two different types of coffee makers, pots & pans galore, I could go on and on and on. The beds and rooms were all clean, you can certainly tell they take care of their place. Highly recommend. And Ron is so quick to respond, I was equally as impressed with him as the owner and I was with the condo. Thanks again 🌊

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The location was perfect — just a short walk to beach access, and it was really convenient having restaurants like The Perfect Pig right downstairs. The unit itself was cozy and thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras you need to get your trip started with ease. We also appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, checkout, and the helpful notes around the condo — it really showed the owner’s attention to detail. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made everything even more stress-free. The building felt safe and quiet, and parking was easy to manage. Plus, having a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away made it simple to grab anything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can not wait to come back.

Dino's and Jasmine's place is spectacular!! The pictures speak alot for themselves and are spot on. The view, I could say a lot about, is incredible. My husband, kids, myself, and my mom felt well at home. They left alot of recommendations for us to try...and we did quite a bit. A lot of things are in walking distance of the place. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond. We know for a fact the next time we go to PCB, we will not look anywhere else. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!!!

This condo was immaculately clean & exactly as pictured/described. They have extra towels, games and even a few beach chairs to use. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable too. AC kept a nice temperature at all times.
