Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Jeff and Cindy’s place was perfect for three! My friends and I stayed here for spring break, and it was an amazing location with a beautiful homie feel!

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

Kialea's place was clean and comfortable. We really liked the location. The condo is close to beaches, so many restaurants, Silversands and quick access to 30A. We highly recommend Kialea's place for all these reasons.

Had a quick weekend get away. This was the best location to do so and I’ll be back in the near future. Thanks again for the hospitality and great stay.

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

I really enjoyed this place. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is awesome and so helpful. The overall experience was one that I would definitely want again.

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

We enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy’s condo. The condo has comfortable beds and sofas and is well stocked with initial supplies, towels, and beach towels. We loved the view of ocean from the balcony each morning with breakfast. The hosts were proactive ahead of check-in and super responsive when we had an issue getting cable in the unit. It was fixed within a few hours. The only downsides and these are more about the property, not the condo 1) is the gym is super outdated and needs new equipment and flooring (note the host shared that the condo assoc has it on their list to update soon), and 2) we wished that 1 of the 3 pools was designated as non-smoking. We aren’t smokers and found it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes.

Had a great time would recommend this place to anyone.

The photos of Ada’s house didn’t do it any justice. It was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

What an amazing find. Enjoyed our time thoroughly. Everything was clean. All the nice little personal touches added to our stay. The view was to die for. We had most of our meals on the balcony because of the view and privacy. We were able to see dolphins and other local marine life right from our balcony. Instantly it felt like home. Would love to go back and explore the area some more- and now we know where to stay.

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The view was gorgeous. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. Having two bathrooms were great for a family of 6 using them. I like the simplicity of the decor. Loved having the beach service provided to us! Our family felt safe the entire stay. We took family pictures at St. Andrew’s state park which was gorgeous. Jessica was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and quick to respond back. We were last minute scheduling our vacation and was worried about not finding something within our budget and this place was perfect for us, the condo and the price both. We would definitely stay at Jessica’s place again! R & J Biggers🩷

We had a wonderful, short weekend for our soccer tournament! Pam’s place was close to everything! It only took us 10 minutes to get to the soccer fields. My guys had fun skim boarding on the beach (just steps away from the pool), in between games, and my daughter and I enjoyed the pool. Great view of the beach, too, from the room! The building and unit were fairly quiet despite “Biker Weekend” happening😀. My kids enjoyed seeing all the motorcycles! I communicated with Pam a few times and her response time was super quick. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The house was amazing! The golf cart made trips to the beach so easy! Would definitely come back!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

Beautiful place felt like home!! Beds were amazing best beds I've slept in away from home!! Unit was beautiful and comfortable. Would stay with them again!! Loved every detail!!

Alaina was super responsive about helping us get access early. The beach toys and chairs were also a great addition so we didn’t have to drive it. With 5 kids and 4 adults (two families) it was great to have the two king beds for both sets of adults so it felt like no one was getting a “lesser” room. It has basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soap for each room. While 10-15 minutes from seaside proper, the space is quiet and never felt too far away from stuff to do!

Loved The Place, Was Very Clean, Host Was Responsive With Every Question I Had. Will Definitely Go Back
