Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Surf City

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Gena's place was wonderful. The hot tub was amazing and very private; we loved the layout. The surrounding area was picturesque, with beautiful views all around and wonderful for children. The home was very functional and accommodating. Gena is very responsive and quick to take steps in addressing any concerns. We would certainly stay here again.

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

We had a lovely stay! Diane was very attentive and kind. The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was spotless. Very peaceful surroundings. Would definately recommend a stay here!

Very nice home with nice furniture and all the basics you need for the week. Very friendly host staff. Super easy to get to the beach with small walkway right across the street.

Ramith - thank you for opening your property to our group! It was the perfect house for both entertaining & relaxing. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! You really thought of everything to make our stay easy! We had spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset that could be enjoyed from several balconies and the amazing rooftop terrace. The house is perfectly situated - quick walk to the public access for the beach and equal distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was well equipped and even included beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and floats. And of course I can’t forget the decor! It’s like the house has been staged for sale and it’s very upscale & modern yet comfy! Thank you again for the ease of check-in! We hope to be back again soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!
