Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Surf Coast Shire

We had a really lovely stay. The house was bigger than the photos indicated. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was very handy. The children were able to hand feed parrots on the veranda and it was a short walk to see kangaroos on the golf course. There was a pleasant bush walk to the beach. The range of shops was good and the local IGA had everything we needed. The whole stay was perfect. Thanks Greg.

Great family house with lots of space. Two bedrooms are linked which was fine for us, but may not suit everyone. Lovely location close to the beach with everything you need in the house.

We loved staying at Plush Cottage with our baby and two dogs. The home is super cosy, private and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and the backyard is great for dogs. Olivia is also very responsive and contactable. Would definitely stay again!

Found Ella’s place ideal for our needs . Close proximity to the start of the Otway Classic which was the reason we’d rented her place . Now I’ve been there and seen the town , will definitely come back for a longer stay !

Had a wonderful time at Jo's beautiful and cosy house in Jan Juc. Jo was a perfect host and it was a pleasure hanging out with her and her dogs. She was very caring and always responded quickly when I had a question. The whole house is way better equipped then 95% of other airbnb's I had in the past. The reason is, that the house is Jo's home and not just a place to rent out and earn money with. The house also has a beautiful and lush garden where you can relax in privacy. I Really appreciate the time I had in Jo's cosy house and I highly recommend her as an host!

The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sea with lovely views right from the balcony. We woke up to peaceful sunrises in the morning. The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and easy check in instructions. We had a great stay. My baby usually hates portable cots but the one they provided came with a mattress which was super comfy and he slept all night long.

I loved everything about my stay at Chelsea's apartment. The communication was clear from the start, the access easy and smooth and the apartment lived up to expectations. I visit Geelong regularly and will be looking forward to more stays. I happily recommend it to any visitors.

Our Bellbrae stay was just what we wanted - peaceful and private but within a short distance of beaches, wineries and plenty of other activities. We loved the happy chooks and friendly cat and dog that added to our welcome. Definitely recommend!

Andrew and Cherie were friendly hosts and all their instructions were clear. The studio was furnished nicely and very clean. It was situated close to the town and many excellent restaurants as well as the beach. There were also many walking tracks within the vicinity.

Thank you so much Brendan for making our getaway so stress-free! A fantastic location makes getting your morning coffee or stroll very do-able. You are so close to so many of Geelong's great amenities. The apartment is so comfortable and tinged with some really lovely touches, such as the most beautifully clean bed linen and the most comfy bed. Makes sleeping on your first night away blissful! Brendan is the most responsive, helpful host, who checked in with us and was so accommodating. This getaway was excellent value for money and we will be sure to be back. Thank you so much Brendan, for an absolutely awesome stay. :-)

This place had such a homely feeling from the minute we walked in. Beautiful beach views with sunrise visible from the back deck. Close enough to walk to the Main Street for dinner as well. Would stay again.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

Melissa’s condo was the perfect location for our family holiday including 2 children and our Golden Retriever. The home was modern, clean and homely. We were thrilled to find a children’s toy box, kids cutlery, cups, dining wear and outside toys to play with. The courtyard gate opens to an open grass area which was great for the kids to play and dog to toilet. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. Shower head is sensational! The location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to the playground and close to local eateries. We appreciate an AirBnb that is so accommodating for children and pets. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The room was amazing it had good sea views and you could see all the way down the main street. The large TV in the lounge room was great for watching a movie laying back on the sofa bed, and the sea views at the same time. Ronda kept us up to date all the way through the stay it was very helpful we will be back again - thank you.
