Waterfront vacation rentals in Sutivan

Myself and my husband stayed for 7 nights. We arrived late at night..11.30 pm. and Vedran's son kindly waited and met us at the Church of St. Francis and escorted us to the apartment and showed us how aircon, hot water etc worked. The apartment was exactly as photographed. Lovely big comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers and sufficiently kitted out kitchen. Beautiful views of Split harbour. Very close to old town and also some lovely little restaurants nearby...try Buffet Fife (worth queueing for) - good varied menu and food and drink reasonably priced compared to other places in Split which can be a bit pricey. No. 12 bus stop close by which goes to Kasjuni and Bene beaches. Check out Promet App for public transport. Also 10 min walk down the Promenade - Riva - for ferries to islands. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

Tatiana's place is a gem for few days stay in Split. First of all location with a view of Riva and Marjan hill is unbeatable. Apartment itself was clean and cosy. Tatiana was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful unobstructed sunset views, and convenient location for going to the beach during the day if you won’t mind a short 15 minute walk into town for dinner. Conveniently located near a small grocery store and nice restaurant for a sunset dinner. Have multiple friends who are thinking of visiting Hvar soon and will certainly recommend!

The apt was perfect! Close to the square, full kitchen, kitchen, washer and everything you need to stay for a few days (or weeks). Host was great. They even provided a transfer the airport (for a small fee). The location is amazing. Great view of tge Split harbor and all the ships docking. Highly recommend! Would def stay here again!

Great location close to the ferry terminal and old town! Perfect for our stay & free street parking was a great bonus!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

Staying at this home near Selca was the highlight of our trip up the Dalmatian coast. It is absolutely beautiful, relaxed, and cozy. The owner was so kind, taking us from the harbor to the home on his speedboat. He gave us a tour of the home and some tips for exploring the area. We rented the small speedboat and traveled to Spilice Beach, which has such beautiful blue water. Every evening we cooked with the windows open, the breeze flowing through the home. We slept to the sound of the waves slapping the rocks at the shore. I can go on and on, but just know this was the perfect getaway and we would choose that as our heaven if we could.

We had the most amazing time staying at House Petra! The location was even better than we could have imagined, with a beautiful waterfront path leading you on a 5 minute walk to Trogir, where there was so much to see! Toni was an incredible host, helping us with local recommendations and the house was even better than the listing said! Toni made us feel right at home and we will definitely be visiting House Petar again as soon as possible! Toni went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful that he made our holiday so wonderful! Thank you so much again, we just loved it!!!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

This is a perfect location for a couple who want to stay on Brac. A great location - the balcony is a perfect spot for taking in the aterfront and those who promenade along it. Half the nights were there we had dinner on the balcony as it offered a location better than any restaurant. Dubravka's communication was excellent and she could not have been more amenable.

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

The cottage was very nice, well cleaned and very nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home. We had a large terrace where you got spectacular sunrise in the morning,it was good to spend the afternoon and evening when it got too hot on the beach. The garden is beautifully maintained and is full of flowers that attracts very beautiful butterflies. The Jacuzzi was also great with views of the sea and in the evening you can BbQ ‘n with a nice terrace , sea view. A washing machine is also available. We enjoyed the tranquility, the great panorama and the clear sea for 5 days. Thank you for the very nice holiday, the tranquility in the beautiful cottage. We will definitely be back. The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

My stay at Darka's in Milna was absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and Darka was available throughout my stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Her accommodation is impeccable, very clean, and ideally located to enjoy the beauty of Milna. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches and local advice that made my experience even more authentic. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a caring host, look no further!
