We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in such a beautiful area. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, were our hosts, Darko and his brother. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even arranged a private boat tour for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here!

We want to thank Dimitrije for his hospitality and for allowing us to stay in his apartment. The studio is very well equipped, everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is located in an incredible place, with ocean views and just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. It also has a swimming pool that we really enjoyed. Communication was very good, he always responds in less than a minute. We recommend this studio to couples who want to have an unforgettable vacation. We want to thanks also Dimitrije´s wife, she was great helping us with a little issue we had :).

The house is very clean and only 30 seconds from the sea, we would definitely recommend it.

Firstly, it was a very clean place. Great option for 4 people. Also, the location is good. It is just in front of the sea, but there is no sea view inside of the house. And, there are some places for your car. Thank you to Ado for welcoming attitude.

Isabella is a great host! She is very nice person, responsive, giving local recommendations and advises. She even went above and beyond and picked us up from the bus station. Her place is in quiet neighbourhood, tidy, very comfy, with all that you need for short as well as for longer stay. Beautiful rocky beaches (public and wild) within walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes walk). Little bit uphill to the grocery store, but manageable. I do recommend Isabella's place!

My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

The house has a magnificent view just like in the photos. The house was quite clean when we found it. The location is 5 minutes by car from Kotor Old Town. There is also a supermarket, bakery and bus stop nearby. Irena was really helpful. She gave me detailed information about everything before I came to Montenegro. After I arrived, she made many suggestions that would help again. Thanks lot for this experience . Lovely

It was super welcoming

We felt at home with Sabina. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season which we saw very much as an advantage, no more party mile, very beneficial for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are nicely empty . Beautiful airbnb - photos do not do it justice. Looks very new and clean, with all amenities provided. The host was very responsive, friendly and gave some great local recommendations. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at the property, great location and host. Interior and furnishing is on the simpler side but why sit at home if the sea is a few hundred metres from you.

This is a peaceful area and you can get to the sightseeing by car. We had rented a car so everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and tidy, the views are great. Milena put everything we needed in the house. There is a parking lot to park your vehicle. The house is as it appears in the photos. Milena is a very sweet host. When we come to Montenegro, we will stay here again and longer days

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.
