Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Sutomore

Everything was very nice, we came as a married couple, it was plenty of room, it was tidy, we were greeted very attentive, we could get into the house at a flexible time, we generally recommend the location could be reached everywhere.

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

Simple and clean accommodation with great views. Beds were comfortable & shower hot. As others have said there are a lot of stairs if you walk to the old town but this was no problem for us & neighbours we met along the way were friendly. Hosts are great communicators, even sending a video with instructions on where to park, how to check in & path to the old town. We would stay again.

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Incredible location, price, and Ado was kind.

We absolutely loved the place! It was very rural, relaxing and remote. There were barely a handful of people in the village, although apparently there are 2 bars and it is very busy in the summer. The house is charming . I slept in the master bedroom. The bed was so comfy ! Had coffee in the morning on the balcony. Stunning. There is a water filter and tap for drinking water. We rented a kind of motor boat from the landlord , which was an exciting experience . Our landlords were super helpful. We showered them with questions and they were always helpful and responsive. Great English too! Important to know: we arrived on a Sunday and there are no shops open in Montenegro on Sundays so come with supplies.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

Great location of the property in a pleasant setting of olive groves and close to Valdanos beach. The property is spacious, comfortable, great for a stay with children. Housekeeper flexible to arrange. Highly recommended!

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, and has a spectacular view of the bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was fluid and friendly. Thank you so much!

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
