We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

With our son being autistic we struggle to find places where we can relax. The garden was enclosed so he was safe to play without any worries. He loved the hot tub, and it was in the perfect spot to get to all the local entertainment, rides and attractions.

What a beautiful, clean and homely lodge Red Robin 5 was. Lovely little touches, flowers, pillow spray, slippers and dressing gowns. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the place smelt lovely. We wanted to unwind and get away from the city and that's exactly what we got. It's a beautiful location, the house was specious and had some nice surprises. We found a lot of old school toys and a great selection of books for children for our little one to be entertained most of the day. it was very much appreciated. the host came by to say hi and was very kind. the leaflets and instructions left in the house were invaluable. She was also lovely to communicate via messages. Very much recommended.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful stay in this gem of a cottage. Joanne and Glen were so warm and welcoming and responded very quickly to our messages. They have created a fantastic place and you can clearly see the love that has gone into this home. We would totally recommend it and were thrilled with how lovely the decor was and how clean it was. Some gorgeous touches from the breakfast food to the dog treats and blankets etc. The setting is so tranquil and the garden was just fabulous. We loved it here, our dogs loved it here and we can’t wait to return. Great walks on your doorstep and some nice pubs within walking distance. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay memorable.

Completely blown away by our short bank holiday stay 😍 The accommodation was beyond my expectations, from a flexible, super easy check in, to a home from home cottage this place has got it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than expected and so peaceful. I really hope to visit again soon. Just what I needed with my mum. Thank you both.

This is the first air bnb we've done and the cottage is absolutely beautiful! A stunning modern cottage in a quiet and peaceful area. Walkable to the beach and shops to find things you need, takeaways, bits and bobs, buckets and spades. All dog friendly as we had two boys with us 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 safe and secure for pets and also children (we had two of them too). There was tables and chairs on the front and beyond the cottages fence, there's parking and a bench to watch over the field and skies. The cottage itself has every necessity you need in a self-catered sense. Amber provided us with a travel cot and highchair for our one year old. Everything was spotless! As a host, Amber is so polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming! She messaged to check up on us and offer help on the surrounding area. It was self check in - so easy to do. We walked into a basket of eggs, bread and goodies. Amber and Mollies Cottage has set the bar high for us, everything was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

We spent a very happy few days here, blessed with beautiful sunshine. We enjoyed some lovely gentle walks with our toddler and elderly dogs. The house feels like home, with lots of comfy seating, and much to admire in the basketry, pottery and paintings throughout the house. The kitchen is well stocked with pans etc to cook for a family. The dogs were welcomed and had the free run of the garden. The pub next door is handy for a drink and emergency produce from their little shop. Jade and Hannah were extremely friendly but not at all intrusive - ideal hosts. Would we stay again? I think we probably would!

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

This cottage is exceptional! Set in a stunning, peaceful garden. The River Witham is a few steps away over a little bridge. Kathy & Alan are so warm and friendly but don't intrude, definitely the loveliest hosts we have met. The cottage is very cosy and absolutely spotless. Kathy has equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need and left ample supplies of dish cloths, pan scrubs, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and liquid for the washing machine and toilet roll. We have stayed in other places that have supplied the bare minimum. Comfy bed & Sofa . Hairdryer makeup mirror in the bedroom drawer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Alan told us to treat it like home, feel free to enjoy the lovely garden. It was refreshing to not have lots of do's & don'ts rules. The only checkout request was to leave the used towels in the shower. Looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet & welcoming place to book? You have found a little haven! The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

Again another stay at this amazing space. If you are looking for a cozy stay, warm and Everything to hand then this is the place. I have stayed in many places over the year in this area and with doubt Ruth’s property is the best. Just a shame I cannot stay longer. Ruth thank you for everything

Absolutely stunning property, amazing view from the bedroom window. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. Such an eclectic mix in the cottage, loved the old typewriter. Shower is powerful and a lovely deep bath. Polly was so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The Greyhound pub down the road does a great Sunday roast and Via Italia is a great place to eat out too.

Booked whilst working away, very good internet and very quiet and peaceful!
