With the Archipelago Trail running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history the house has. It has a lovely garden with terrace and fire pit.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. Out in the countryside with high to the sky is our small annex of 43 km2, with 1 sleeping room. Either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 Pers. In the living room , kitchenette with 2 cooking burners, mini oven, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer room , toilet with shower, own Teresse with gas grill. The annex is located by the city's edge, close to water and forest for about 10 km from svendborg and Rudkøbing .

Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests, or play golf, it's perfectly located. Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as a neighbor. In the garden there is a small cozy fire pit and shelter sleeps 3-4. We are located close to forest and beach meadows, 300 m from the lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, and from the unique dining place Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and biking. The archipelago path starts at Falsled Havn.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
