Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Large detached house with all amenities in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The house has a large veranda with good sun conditions and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal centre where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the property, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging an electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

This is the place to disconnect from work and stress. Here you are all alone in the forest with the opportunity to sleep over as well. It goes fine and sleep 4 people, but fits best for two pcs. FREE ACCESS ON DRY and NICE WOOD. 200 meters from parking. Hunting and fish are possible. - Outside kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outside shower (summer water) is also fitted for short shower lengths as I don't have unlimited water there. - mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds in three rooms, with double beds.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
