The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.

In quiet residential area, we rent out apartment on the ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms depending on the number of travelers, 33 sqm in total. Suitable for couples and single travellers, max 3 persons One or both bedrooms are used, depending on the number of guests. You pay for the number of guests. Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in basement.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available from 12/1 to 22/2 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

Sjarmerende, rolig og sentralt beliggende ettroms leilighet i Ila. Den har alle fasiliteter samt en behagelig sovealkove, egen inngang fra hagen og mulighet for parkering rett utenfor. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

Great home w/ spectacular views of the city

Great and lovely home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of the things you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short way to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short way to public transport (bus/tram). You also have beautiful city fields nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are welcome!

Turistattraksjonen «Utiskten» ligger like i nærheten. Boligen er omgitt av grøntområder, men har kort avstand til sentrum. Det er 4 soverom, 1 kontor, 2 bad, kjøkken og stor stue. Det er oppstilling for 2 biler. Huset har meget høy standard. Vannbåren varme i alle gulv. Parkett og store vindusflater. Alt er innredet med høy kvalitet.

Lovely and quirky downtown condominium

Stylish and well executed apartment (approx 61m2) on great Ilsvika. Trondheimsfjorden 50m outside the door, with both swimming beach and popular fishing spot within 100m. Many parks and volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity. Gravel road to the city field starts just a few hundred meters down the road. 1.5km into the city center, via either the harbour promenade or the city streets. Lovely apartment and location. Price for any longer stay (over 2 weeks) can be agreed.

Nice basement apartment close to the city center

Simple and peaceful accommodation of about 25 sqm. with a central location close to Trondheim city center. The apartment comes with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery and bus stop that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.

Loft apartment near NTNU Gløshaugen

This loft is in the middle of the Teknobyen, Lerkendal stadium and NTNU (Gløshaugen). It was finished newly renovated in 2023 and located in a neighborhood of quad homes, relatively central. Most of Trondheim is within walking distance. You will find both bus stops (with buses that run frequently) and city bikes just nearby. Rema 1000, various cantinas at Gløshaugen and Dominos Pizza are just around the corner.
