The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!

It is an ideal home for families, couples with two kids or friends. Marillie's Residence II is situated right next to it. Both can be booked together for larger groups.
