Monthly Rentals in Swan Lake

Adorable house on a small lake, with a cozy cabin-y interior ambiance, it perfectly suited my needs for the weekend. Jill’s welcome packet had terrific recommendations, you can tell she knows the area really well. For those visiting in the summer, it’s worth being aware that there is no air conditioning, but the weather was cool enough during our visit that that wasn’t a problem. Kayaking was lovely when there was a break in the rain.

Our family of five and two big pups absolutely loved our stay at Alan's. Alan was an excellent, friendly communicator every step of the way. All instructions and directions were clear. The place was clean and very cutely decorated. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. We loved having use of the lake and the kayaks and paddle boat, the hot tub, fire pit, AND trampoline. The house is set in a private lake community, so there were neighboring houses all around, but we honestly didn't see hardly anyone else. Thank you Alan for sharing your home with us! Also recommend Neversink Gorge and Mullet Falls, beautiful (and challenging enough) hike.

Clean,beautiful, peaceful, quiet. 3rd stay here and every time gets better. Alex is awesome. wildlife all around and great fishing. Can't say enough great things about this place,hot tub is great too

Cozy and cute upstate stay! Great for a long, relaxing weekend getaway. Very peaceful, easy to get to, lots of hikes / nature nearby, and Jesse is great with communication! Would stay again!
