The place was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Exceptional hosting

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Excellent. Had everything we could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bathroom and shower. A proper little apartment really. Marie was always responsive and made sure we had everything. Our stay was brief but we certainly enjoyed it.

Daniel was very easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. The house was spotless and beds were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and clear instructions in the home. Would certainly recommend and be happy to stay again. Thank you Daniel for making our stay so pleasant.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

What a fabulous stay we had at Rimmer’s Farm House. An absolutely stunning house and an incredible welcome hamper including cake, Easter chocolate, dog treats, fresh eggs, milk, breakfast juices etc. The house is extremely spacious and the hosts have thought of just about every additional touch to make it a very special stay for families and friends.

Wow—where do I begin? This property truly exceeded all expectations. The photos honestly don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person. The attention to detail throughout the home was outstanding, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating such a welcoming space. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one really stands out. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay. There were 10 of us, and we enjoyed a lovely 20-minute walk along the road to a charming country pub with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for a relaxed afternoon. The property was also spotlessly clean and maintained to an incredibly high standard, which made a huge difference to our stay. A massive thank you to Tim and Giy for being such thoughtful hosts—their communication was prompt and helpful from start to finish, and the welcome pack was amazing. We’ll absolutely be back!
