Monthly Rentals in Swatara Township

Mostly enjoyed my stay (with one big exception). Place is well decorated. The golden tee is a nice touch. Location is nice and walkable. Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely firm to the point where I didn’t come close to getting a good night’s sleep the entire week that I stayed there. Definitely a good value and recommended if you don’t mind a firm mattress.

John was extremely kind very nice host even offered to bring trash bags allowed me to and my daughter to check in early on such a stressful flight day he’s place was clean he was easy to reach very communicative person I would recommend any time and would rent in the future I loved how clean and cozy the bnb was a home away from home very peaceful safe and quiet place.

Had a wonderful stay with family of 4 and 2 dogs. Husband loves to cook so he was very happy with all the kitchenware and appliances. Really enjoyed the themed rooms. Has everything you could ever need on a trip. Great location. Very accommodating. Well worth money spent.

I would say one of the best hosts I met during my airbnb stays. Joe is a friendly person with good experience on hosting. Always helpful with tips. Very proactive. This one bedroom is on the second floor with all amenities except dish washer. Kitchen has electric equipment. This is close to everything mechanicsburg can offer. 8 minutes drive, you can reach new side of mechanicsburg. Deloitte office is 5 minutes drive. Many restaurants are close by. There is a nice backyard which is common to everyone staying in that building. Lots of sunlight to the big living room and bedroom as well. I would stay here anytime in the future. Parking on the street is not a problem as you get plenty parking in the area most of the time.
