The rooms are furnished with all the necessary furniture such as: beds, desks, chairs and cupboards. There is also a stove and a refrigerator in the kitchen and a washing machine. The linens are provided. Glasses, cups, dishes etc., are also found. The distance to the city center is 20-25 minutes more or less on foot or by bus.
