Deimante has been a wonderful, communicative host. Though could not have opportunity to meet her in person, but communication was pretty fast. Deimante's house is located very close to city center. Super market at walkable distance. All essential & required amenities well mounted in house. Deimante was kind enough to help us in guiding the city tour attractions & offered us delicious tasteful chocolates. To summarize, I will highly recommend Deimante's house for the visitors visiting Alesund.

We had a great time in the apartment which was brighter and bigger than prepared. Clean nice and great view. Very nice host who was easy to deal with. Highly recommend this place. We would gladly came back ☺️

Despite late arrival, we were immediately "found" and warmly received. The spacious apartment is functional and nicely furnished; it has (with fresh flowers) looked at us very hospitably. Linda and her husband are always speaking, willingly giving tips, are very friendly and accessible. The river right next door is of course omnipresent due to the noise. The magnificent scenery and its richness also of berries and mushrooms are impressive. In summer, almost everything is closed, including the gastronomy. Alternatives to vacation activities in bad weather or rental options are rare (bring everything you need: books, games, diving equipment, boat, sup, etc.).

Booked very last minute at 10pm at night but a 2 night stay. Host has very fast communication and assisted us right away. Checked in no issues. Great location. Clean place and has great views and is close to everything. Host responds very quick

Very nice modern apartment. Easy to get around the city on foot or with local buses. Very communicative and made arrangements for me to get the keys despite my flight getting in much later than originally planned.

Apartment was modern, well appointed, pretty and had comfortable beds and furniture. Location was perfect, in the middle of the city and with a hiking area in the immediate vicinity. The street was quiet and parking was easy to find. Recommended!

We loved staying at Steffen's place! The check-in was easy, the place was very clean and everything was well-labelled! Steffen stood out as a super responsive, helpful and caring host. And although the smart controls needed some time to master, the place felt a lot like home and welcoming! We wish Steffen all the best and would choose his stay again without hesitation!

Fantastic and rich house with a high and modern standard, while retaining an old charm! Chickens with fresh eggs and kind pigs in the garden were a big bonus for us. The hosts were helpful and accommodating to our needs. We could feel at home with all the amenities we could have needed, both outside and inside. Hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jorunn's place. The house was very spacious and had all the necessary appliances, making it feel like a home away from home. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, with lovely walking paths starting right from the house. At the same time, it was conveniently close to the city centre. A perfect balance of nature and accessibility. Highly recommended!
