The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Symi Uptown Carmine Sea View Terrace Studio

This restored property is located on a small square and one of the major streets of Chorion connecting the Agios Athanassios church with the neighbourhood of Lieni. The house maintains its original cobblestone floor and painted in yellow ochre and carmine tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. The house features a terrace with stunning 360-degree views of Symi, a balcony, an old vaulted oven, an underground cistern and a vaulted basement.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Meals can be enjoyed on the patio in the shade of a bougainvillea. Upstairs you have a terrace overlooking the port of Yalos and Pedi. The house is a two minute walk to the village square, shops and restaurants.

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
