This cozy retreat is just minutes away from Wells College and the charming town of Aurora, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Surrounding the area are local vineyards, breweries, and hiking trails, as well as attractions like the Inns of Aurora and Makenzie-Childs. And if you want to explore further, Cornell and Ithaca are only a 30-minute drive south.

Unwind lakeside with a private dock, fire pit, and panoramic views—just 15 min from Syracuse. There are 3 bedrooms (two upstairs and one in the basement) along with a futon and leather sofa-bed on the main floor. There are two full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sauna for optimal relaxation! We have 2 paddle boards that may be used with a signed waiver. ***Note: There is a doorbell camera monitoring my front door for safety of our home.
