Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

We are 14 miles from Manchester, 10 miles from Manchester Airport and close to the 'Golden Triangle' of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Prestbury. LARKSPUR LODGE wedding venue is a 7minute walk away, town is just a 10 min walk and we are a 15 mins walk from the gardens and parkland of TATTON PARK. Knutsford has direct rail links to Chester, central Manchester and the Metrolink tram at Altrincham.

The village has two country pubs, a small shop and a train station all within walking distance. This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
