Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tahiti-Nui

We were tremendously welcomed by Chris and his partner. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a very nice view. Chris and his partner are adorable and responsive, full of kindness and attention. We would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay! The pool was wonderful. The snorkeling was amazing and literally out the back door. Our 6 and 8 year olds were able to enjoy chasing fish and playing with crabs in the shallows. There are markers out in the coral reef indicating the coral trail. This is some of the biggest and most elaborate coral I have ever seen. We saw giant sea anemones, I’ve never seen anything like it! The paddle board was nice to take out snorkeling with kids so they had a place to rest if needed. Most of the property has been remodeled and is very modern, the exception being the powder room. The kitchen opens to the back area with barstools at the counter, we ate here most of the time. The doors open in front and back letting a nice breeze blow through. Be prepared for mosquitos because, remember where you are. Amazing fenced in outdoor space for kids to roam and mango tree in the front. Henri accommodated our early arrival. Some noise from public park next door, not bad.

The villa is spacious ( indoor and outdoor), nicely decorated, perfectly equipped, very clean and well secured . The view of the lagoon is beautiful and the sunset superb. Manu is very nice, responsive and flexible on checkout time. Note: a vehicle is required to come and go because the neighborhood is high and set back from the main road. Just a small inconvenience: chickens and roosters leave here and there some droppings on the terrace. I would recommend this beautiful place.

This was a great stay! We loved the traditional Tahitian style home with open air to hear all of the waves crashing. The netting on the beds worked wonderfully to keep any insects at bay. Expect to see a gecko here and there on the walls. The path leading to the house is a gorgeous walk with beautiful flowers. We loved the lookout for coffee and sunset views.

We stayed at Heimana's place for 3 nights. Le Faré is located in a beautiful, fully fenced, wooded area with chickens, peacocks, guinea pigs, geese (in enclosures) and an angora rabbit. We very much appreciated the very functional Faré, very clean and cozy (very good bedding, very nice bathroom....) as well as the little touches left by Heimana in the fridge: fresh water, eggs, honey..... We highly recommend+++++++++ + + this Faré for nature and quiet lovers. Dom & Gwenn

2nd stay at Victoria and Jonathan's with friends who discovered an original and soothing setting! An incredible opportunity to enjoy a private waterfall! We'll be back for sure to this warm and atypical place! Thank you Victoria and Jonathan for the little touches that are always pleasant!

Great stay! Super cute place with Christophe, the studio is comfortable and private with beautiful views. We had an issue with our phones loading when we got there and Christophe came to find us and show us the way. Great host!

Whether you’re watching the sunrise with a coffee or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine, the view never gets old. The villa itself is modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated – from the high-quality linens and plush towels to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need (blender, toaster, coffee machine, spices, even wine glasses and cocktail shakers!). The private pool was a highlight, crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and surrounded by comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded outdoor dining area. We spent hours swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying meals by the pool with the incredible backdrop. Perfect

As with many properties on the island, the road/road noise in front is the price to pay for the beautiful views beyond the road. Nice property, gated and with lovely pool. Apartment was great - comfortable bed, large kitchen, big TV, laundry, etc. The very large balcony extends the entire apartment for constant views and nice outdoor seating and eating. Beautiful sunsets over Moorea. Representative Katty was very responsive: met us outside the airport and we followed her by car to the property (she offered to stop along the way at the store if we needed anything). She showed us how to enter, where to park, how to operate everything inside apartment, and answered several questions during our visit. Very helpful.

I am grateful for this apartment stay I enjoyed after traveling a long day. Easy access from airport, beautiful view and safe, clean modern space were highlights. I had a nice walk to the ocean shore where there were cultural activities and local food. I highly recommend this place! Mau’ru’uru!

The apartment is in a quiet area and well connected to the city center by bus or taxi. We stayed 4 nights and at home, very comfortable. It has everything you need for a private and comfortable stay. Julia and her team are great hosts and super friendly. They are attentive and resolve any issues or concerns raised. I would repeat without hesitation and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a quiet stay in Tahiti.

We had a great stay! The place looks just like the photos - clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful sea view. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the late check-out was a really nice bonus. The space and setup were perfect for our group of two couples. The underground parking and washer/dryer were also super convenient, and the location is close to restaurants, sights, and the airport. Overall, it was a great deal and we really enjoyed our time here!

Eric’s place was a wonderful way to end our trip. His place was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was incredible because it is adjacent to a beautiful black beach, quickly accessible through the Tahitian Pearl hotel. It was extremely convenient to walk outside onto hotel property and have a drink and appetizers at the beach side restaurant. Our only regret is not staying at his place longer than one night. Thank you for a memorable end to our trip.

My wife and I really appreciate this apartment which is very well located, tidy, peaceful, secure, spacious and above all very warm, really. It is not far from all amenities. This was our second stay and it's always a pleasure to stay and rest. The hosts are available and very responsive, which is really very appreciated.

Gaëlle was very helpful with a lot of good advice and services. Super fast responses and very reliable. The accomodation is very well organized (manuals for electric appliances!) and fully meets the requirements. Safe and quiet sidestreet close to the park at the waterfront. Top recommendation!

This is the ideal Airbnb in Tahiti. Book now!It is centrally located an easy 10-15 minute drive into downtown and also another 10 minute drive to one of the best beaches for snorkeling. Right down the hill there is a selection of food trucks (go for the poke and Lani’s bbq). The Airbnb itself was in pristine condition, had ample towels, kitchen gear, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. it is a bit of a walk to take your trash out, but everyone in the building has to do it. Tahiti is a sleepy island so night time is equally peaceful. Beds were nice.

We were looking for a relaxing, welcoming, peaceful place to rest: bet held! The apartment is amazing, true to xe that is described. Manuarii received us very well. Looking forward to coming back someday!

Beautiful place where we enjoyed both indoors and outdoors amenities. We had a wonderful time there.

We (two female friends) stayed at this AirBNB in Papeete while we did a week of French lessons. It’s is in a great location and has the best pool with awesome views. The verandah is a perfect place to relax and you have everything you need to cook for yourself or grab takeaway Indian or Pizza really close by. There is a supermarket nearby and a Boulangerie even closer. We arrived at 2am so finding the key in the dark was daunting, but not complicated. Remember it’s not a hotel. Everything worked out really well for this trip.
