There is a fee for access to the Tahoe, keys amenities, including private beach, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sports courts and playground . Kitchen is newely renovated and well appointed. Master bedroom, overlooks waterway behind the house and the Sierra mountains. The second and third bedrooms has a private deck with water views, as well as views of heavenly ski resort.

Guests have the option to purchase HOA passes which gives you access to the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts & more! You will be 10 minutes away from skiing at Heavenly cal lodge or the gondola. This is a great affordable option for families who LOVE the Tahoe Keys!
