This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (microwave and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa, a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. The Red Door Cottage
Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
