New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom comes with a shower and vc. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Happy if the cabin is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single room, large kitchen and large bath. Balcony at the front overlooking the lake. 70 meters to Lake Vänern beach with nice swimming areas. Proximity to Lillängshamnen with fish smokehouse, restaurant & cafe. Short walk away is Skoghall city center with several restaurants, grocery store, medical center & gym, etc. Bus goes to Karlstad every 12 minutes & takes you there in 11 minutes

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
