Renting out our spacious kids-friendly home approx. 35 min walk from old town, 12 min drive from the airport.  The gated semi-detached house has two floors - 2x bedrooms on top and living/kitchen area on the ground floor which leads to a private sunny terrace and a garden area, only available to the gated community. The garden has a great play area for kids - leaving you with a stress free terrace🧘🏼‍♀️ Ideal stay for a family or a group of friends.  Animal free house (in case of allergies).

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Room for up to 16 people

We have newly renovated rooms in a beautiful place just outside Tallinn. In total we have 3 rooms located in our office building. This house received "Beautiful Home Award" from the President of Estonia in year 2010. The rooms are usually used by our own employees, but most of the time they are available. During renovation we did our best to make the rooms as comfortable as possible (hotel grade high quality beds, newest 4K LG Smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high quality carpet, etc)

The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

Our cosy house with a traditional Estonian bath is perfect for a group of up to 26 people. 13 can sleep. Spacious rooms and a convenient layout will allow everyone to feel comfortable, and the bath will be a great place to relax and relax after a busy day. Surrounded by nature, the terrace will be the perfect outdoor area for socializing. This is a place where you can relax, spend time with friends and enjoy the atmosphere of coziness and warmth at any time of the year.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

Viimsi Retreat – Sauna, Sunsets & Serenity

Welcome to our cherished home in peaceful Viimsi, just outside Tallinn. This is our main residence, where we live and raise our children — not a typical rental. We open it to guests only while we’re away, so it’s filled with warmth, care, and character. Enjoy the sauna, fireplace, outdoor grill, top-floor patio with sunsets, and a calm workspace. We kindly ask you to treat our home and personal belongings with respect, just as you would your own.

Located in the heart of the old town, 150 meters from Town Hall Square. Surrounded with restaurants, cafes, shops, museums etc, yet quiet and private- tucked away in a gated courtyard.

An ideal location to rest and enjoy Estonian nature.Nõmme also has many small cafes,grocery stores and bus stops nearby.

Our large three-story house can accommodate 15 people. The house is located in the Old Town of Tallinn next to the UNESCO-listed wall. The location of the house is ideal if you want to take part in the sights of the Old Town, museums, good places to eat, and other things that Tallinn has to offer.
