Vacation rentals with a patio in Taman Jaya Putra

Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

Joseph's apartment is very clean and tidy.. enough for 12 of us. When we had to call him in the middle of the night, he quickly responded. Bonus: There are 2 parking space reserved for guests. Very recommended to stay at Joseph’s apartment. Thank you, Joseph.

Not favoured for driving as need to park at level 8. Better grab than drive in & out.

Definitely recommend this place. Situated away from the R&F we know, its phase 2 of R&F’s expansion. Check in was very easy, service was quick as well. Was immediately wow-ed when we entered the room. felt like a hotel. It was so spacious and clean, everything felt so new. TV had netflix and there were toothbrushes, combs, water bottles provided. Microwave and Oven were available as well. The stairs are quite small and narrow, so would be avoidable if you have young kids or old folks. Connection was quite terrible without WIFI as it is too near SG. Advisable to book grab and make sure its arriving before heading down as theres no network at all. Overall, great stay and will definitely come back again!

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Amazing place to stay with a lot activities to do at the house. The host is super responsive and helpful with my requests. I used this beautiful house for my wedding, really fix with my garden theme wedding! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

A good place to stay but theres an event on sunday and they did their speaker testing at 12am at night. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

This unit is 10 walk from ciq via the bridge linkway and the condo is full of amenities (pool and gym). As it's within the mall, finding food is a breeze. The apartment is well kept and maintained. It's relatively new and gives a cozy feeling upon checking in. Host is also responsive to our requests. We faced some confusion when checking out as we are not familiar with the parking rules set by the apartment mgt. The host understood the situation and gave us some time allowance to sort it out which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely book this unit if we are having staycation in JB. Thanks, Pee

huge place for 4, very clean and spacious.

The room is very clean. The room is cozy and tasteful. It feels like home. The landlord is also very nice. I also let us keep my luggage temporarily. I left something and saved it for me. It was very convenient and successful for our 3 family to get around this time. Thank you again for the help of the host. We already have an annual card in three LEGO parks, and will choose to stay at his house again next time.

host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. even when I text at 11pm, Aaron is very responsive and assisted me with my enquires. the house is big and all amenities are well provided for. very clear instructions for check in. they even have table tennis and tv console for entertainment. my kids love the stay. will definitely book with them again.

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.
